Africa Coffee Farm Tours
Curated 5 to 10 day journeys through the coffee belts.
We run small-group tours through Kenya's Mount Kenya belt, the Aberdares, and (on request) Rwanda, Burundi and Ethiopia. Cup at altitude. Pick cherry by hand. Sit in on a washing station from before sunrise. Eat with the families who farm these lots. Leave knowing what your bag of beans cost the people who grew it.
- 5 to 10 day itinerary across two or three regions
- Visits to 4 to 8 estates and cooperatives per trip
- Daily cupping sessions with farm owners and producers
- Washing station and mill walkthroughs
- Meals with farming families
- All ground transport (4x4) and accommodation
- Translation where needed

Itinerary design
We learn what you want to see. Specialty estates? Co-op aggregation? Drying yards? Then we build a route that fits your priorities and your time.
- 02
Logistics
We handle the bookings, the drivers, the visas-on-arrival paperwork, the airport pickups.
- 03
On the road
Martin or a senior team member rides with you the entire trip. You get a coffee professional, not a tour guide, in the front seat.
- 04
After the trip
We send you the contact details of every farm you cupped at, so you can buy direct if you find a lot you love.
- Roasters wanting to build direct relationships with producers
- Coffee buyers from importers and trading houses
- Coffee enthusiasts wanting a serious, behind-the-scenes origin experience
- Cafe teams looking for a once-in-a-career staff trip
