How it works
  1. 01

    Discovery (week 1)

    We visit your site. We walk the catchment. We listen to your vision and your constraints. You get a written brief at the end.

  2. 02

    Spec and design (weeks 2 to 6)

    Equipment list, supplier shortlist, bar layout drawings, menu first draft. You review and approve each piece before we move on.

  3. 03

    Build and stock (weeks 7 to 10)

    We sit alongside the contractor, install the machine, configure water, train the team, source the opening inventory.

  4. 04

    Soft open and review (weeks 11 to 14)

    Two weeks of staff-only service, then friends-and-family, then doors open. We are on site for the first week. Then a 30-day operations review.
