Barista Training

SCA-aligned curriculum at our Nairobi center.

Our training center in Nairobi runs three programmes a month, year-round. SCA-aligned curriculum, two competition-spec machines, and a sensory panel that meets weekly. Every graduate leaves with a portfolio of pulled shots, a calibrated palate, and a job-ready certificate.

How it works
  1. 01

    Application

Quick form on this site. We open seats every month and read every application within seven days.

  2. 02

    Pre-course brief

You get a workbook, a reading list, and a pre-course palate exercise to start before you walk in.

  3. 03

    In-person training

Small cohort, two trainers, two machines. You spend 80% of every day with your hands on the bar, not in a classroom.

  4. 04

    Certification and placement

Final assessment, certificate, photo for the alumni wall. We make introductions to hiring cafes for graduates who want them.

Who it's for
  • Aspiring baristas starting their first cafe job
  • Working baristas wanting to level up to head barista or trainer
  • Cafe owners running team certification cycles
  • Competition baristas wanting championship-grade preparation
